Avi Gross, MSW is the founder of Project Ascent, LLC, and has been an outdoor educator for 12 years. Avi is recognized by the Boy Scouts of America with the highest rank of Eagle Scout. A masters in Social Work at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, numerous training hours and vast experience have lead to the successful operation of Project Ascent. Avi has created, facilitated and directed sales training, adult seminars, camp programs, and school-based programs throughout the United States.
Avi is a Trained Guide, Lead Ropes Course Director and a Wilderness First Responder. He has led multiple trips to destinations such as: Zion National Park, Utah, Shwanagunk Mt. Range, Adirondacks and Catskill Mt., New York. Project Ascent, LLC is committed to providing safe and enjoyable programming. Avi is available to personally discuss all of your adventure and teambuilding needs.
Dov Pear is the marketing and sales director of Project Ascent. Before joining Project Ascent, he was a successful sales manager for a Fortune 500 sales organization and owned his own insurance agency. Dov has been leading and facilitating group processes for over 25 years and has been a teacher within the public and private school systems.

The key to our success is listening to your requirements and creatively tailoring our programs to meet your specific goals. Our ingenuity has allowed us to provide programming in diverse locations such as: ballparks, state parks, indoor Sports-Plex facilities, hotels, conference centers, and our own ropes course sites. We have created rewarding programs for varied organizations, ranging from rehabilitation facilities to schools and camps to corporations.
Although our home office is located in the metropolitan Baltimore, Maryland area, we are willing and able to travel to any desired location. We have developed programming for organizations located along the East Coast from Albany, New York to West Virginia, as well as traveling as far west as Utah to provide wilderness programs for school groups.
