The Team Tune-Up program creates an environment for your team to temporarily step back from their normal day to day activities, and engage in a series of facilitated challenges. Unlike "happy hour" or company picnics where employees often socialize on a limited basis, our learning modules address symptoms and provide solutions:
The duration of each module is two hours and Project Ascent's trained staff will travel to your worksite or desired location. Programs can be extended or modified depending on your specific circumstances. We also offer specialized workshops to help your team further actualize their goals.
